The 5 most sought-after things that my clients searching for are:

THE HONEYMOON PHASE: The honeymoon phase is every couple's favorite time, but sadly is fades in every relationship. Over time we develop a routine in our sex lives. Keeping the spark alive in a long-term relationship can be challenging, especially when it comes to sex. However, there are ways to reignite the passion and bring back the excitement in the bedroom. From trying new things to communicating openly with your partner, there are many ways to keep the fire burning and enjoy a sex life. Don't give on the passion just yet it's possible to have a satisfying and exciting sex life even after the honeymoon phase is over.

SEXUAL MASTERY: A large number of my clients struggle in the bedroom because men climax sooner than they'd like and many women find it difficult to orgasm at all. We end up feeling embarrassed or ashamed because we all want to be amazing lovers and satisfy our partners, but can't. Women tend to shy away from sex because it is frustrating to not reach orgasm, sex is painful, or they find it hard to become aroused and the sense of inadequacy becomes overwhelming. Some men struggle with premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and sexual frustration. To make matters worse society has put so much pressure on being a good lover it put expectations of what a "good lover" is and we struggle to get out of our own heads, leading to even deeper issues and disconnection from our partners.

HAVING A SATISFIED PARTNER: Everyone wants to be a fabulous lover and give their partner more pleasure, but don't know how to understand the signals their partner is giving. Women feel can feel overwhelmed by their partners' desire for sex and men can be confused, perplexed by women. We all want to satisfy our lovers and give them unforgettable sex, see the "sex buzz" on their face that comes from breathtaking love-making. Society hasn't taught us about deeply satisfying sex, lasting passions or patterns of arousal. It has pushed that sex is aggressive, mindless, an outlet and about the end result, all of those things couldn't be further from the truth.

GETTING OUT OF YOUR MIND: We are so consumed with what everyone else is going to think, or say that so about how we're in the bedroom that many men and women battle daily with performance anxiety. "He was a 2-minute man," "she just laid there," "she was so dry, it was like sandpaper," "he wasn't in it for me, that's for sure," all of those painful statements I have been told were by a previous partner with another party about a sexual encounter. Being so deep in your head affects, Men's ability to last longer during sex and for women the ability to achieve orgasms, which affects our ability to feel pleasure.

SEXUALITY MADE SACREDDeep down we know that there is more to lovemaking and that a union between lovers can be much deeper than what we have experienced, but most people have never heard of sacred sexuality or don't understand how to apply it in their relationships.
